Under the aegis of Smt Alamelu Trust [Regd] , 8th year in a row. we conducted free distribution of school uniforms to approximately 230+ school children from 2 schools. Merit awards are also distributed to top ranking 2 students from each class as encouragement ( 26 students in total) from these 2 schools. With our donors goodwill and financial support we are able to continue this activity uninterrupted.
Currently, we are sponsoring School and College fees for 6 students from economically backward sections of the society. This has been made possible with your generous help.
Translation: A match stick performed its routine task of lighting a lamp. Everyone prayed the lamp with reverence for spreading the gift of knowledge and removing the darkness of ignorance. A crazy person stood away from the crowd and worshiped the match stick.
