There is no harm in repeating a good thing - Plato

Backpacks & Printer were sponsored by another Philanthropist
hailing from our SNP village

Under the aegis of Smt Alamelu Trust [Regd] , 8th year in a row. we conducted free distribution of school uniforms to approximately 230+ school children from 2 schools. Merit awards are also distributed to top ranking 2 students from each class as encouragement ( 26 students in total) from these 2 schools. With our donors goodwill and financial support we are able to continue this activity uninterrupted.

Currently, we are sponsoring School and College fees for 6 students from economically backward sections of the society. This has been made possible with your generous help.

Translation: A match stick performed its routine task of lighting a lamp. Everyone prayed the lamp with reverence for spreading the gift of knowledge and removing the darkness of ignorance. A crazy person stood away from the crowd and worshiped the match stick. When quizzed, he responded, "The match stick deserves the same (or more) respect for lighting the lamp of knowledge' - Poet Abdul Rahman

I dedicate the above words to our many donors, who are the 'match sticks' in lighting the lamp of knowledge in many students. Our respectful pranams to them

Uniforms and Merit awards distributed on 72nd Independence day in the school premises. Some pictures enclosed from the function.

Merit awardee student Sachin  has recently won an elocution contest @ state level and a
